1. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to UR Container Storage Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14084398), with its registered office at Unit 12, Industrial Estate, Birmingham, B1 1AA.
"Customer", "you", "your" refers to the individual or business purchasing goods or services from us.
"Goods" means the shipping containers and related products listed on our website.
"Contract" means the agreement formed when we accept your order.
"Website" means urcontainerstorage.co.uk and all associated pages.

All orders placed through our website or by telephone are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we send you a written order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where goods are out of stock, where pricing errors have occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
For business customers, the person placing the order warrants that they have authority to bind the business to these terms.

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the current UK rate will be added at checkout.
Delivery charges are calculated separately based on your postcode and container size and are shown at checkout before payment is taken.
We accept payment by Faster Payments (FPS), BACS bank transfer, and CHAPS. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place your order.
If a pricing error is discovered after your order is confirmed, we will contact you to offer the correct price or a full refund.

Delivery terms are set out in full in our Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you on receipt of cleared payment in full.
You are responsible for ensuring adequate site access for delivery. Re-delivery charges will apply if our driver cannot safely access your site.
Time of delivery is not of the essence. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver within the stated lead time but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and cancellation rights are set out in full in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Consumer customers have the right to cancel orders for standard (unmodified) containers within 30 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or modified containers built to your specification.
Business customers do not have a statutory right to cancel but may do so subject to the terms in our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Warranty terms are set out in full in our Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
New and one-trip containers carry a 12-month structural warranty. Used containers carry a 6-month structural warranty.
The warranty does not cover cosmetic defects, surface rust, normal wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Our total liability to you in connection with any contract shall not exceed the price paid for the goods under that contract.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, industrial action, or supply chain disruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of UR Container Storage Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
By placing an order you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes of fulfilling your order, managing your account, and communicating with you about your purchase.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
We will notify registered customers of material changes by email where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
